Purchasing agents

At DeYoung & Associates (DYA), we collaborate closely with procurement agents to ensure seamless project execution and budget management. We begin by delivering specified samples, providing purchasing agents with a hands-on understanding of our products to facilitate informed decision-making aligned with project specifications. 

We excel in finding alternate products that meet budget and lead time requirements, leveraging our expertise in value engineering to deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

DYA oversees vendor management and project timelines with meticulous attention, maintaining communication and updates on awarded projects to ensure transparency and efficiency. 

Through continuous collaboration, we strive to meet evolving needs and challenges, aiming to support purchasing agents in achieving their overall project budget goals while delivering exceptional service and value.

Hotels

At DeYoung & Associates (DYA), we collaborate closely with hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Choice at multiple levels of engagement. 

Our process begins with working alongside their design and sourcing teams to secure programs such as Hampton Inn and Courtyard, combining design expertise with purchasing support. It is our responsibility to maintain relationships with key stakeholders within these brands to ensure our vendors capitalize on every opportunity.

Once engaged in a program, we work directly with the brands’ purchasing teams to manage all project orders and requests. We specialize in several lines, including Majestic, Neil Allen/The Stone Resource, and Serta Simmons, ensuring that these brands receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and standards. 

By staying proactive and engaged throughout the process, we guarantee that our hotel brand partners receive exceptional service and solutions that enhance their projects and uphold their brand standards.
